Succession planning
We run an annual succession planning strategy to prepare for future leadership needs. This process identifies and develops emerging leaders who can seamlessly move into key roles when vacancies arise.
Personal development plans and fast-tracking
Personal development needs are captured in the succession plan. Our talent manager works closely with relevant executives to facilitate development and fast‑track high‑potential individuals.
