We run an annual succession planning strategy to prepare for future leadership needs. This process identifies and develops emerging leaders who can seamlessly move into key roles when vacancies arise. 

Personal development plans and fast-tracking

Personal development needs are captured in the succession plan. Our talent manager works closely with relevant executives to facilitate development and fast‑track high‑potential individuals. 

Skills development and training 

Every employee is assigned a clear job profile by their direct manager. These profiles are reviewed annually and updated as needed.

Wellness

  • Our wellness programmes are designed to support our take care of employees’ mental health and well-being–mentally, physically, and financially. 
  • At our annual Wellness Day, we host qualified have nurses on-site to offer for the day to perform cholesterol testing, blood pressure checks, glucose testingsugar, BMI assessments, HIV testing and counselling, and eye tests. 
  • We participate in key health and social As and when, we have awareness days such as campaigns: Movember (men's health month), Breast Cancer Awareness Month, World Aids Day, Youth Day and more.
