| EQSTRA subscribes to Tip-Offs Anonymous, the confidential whistle blowing hotline service operated by Deloitte. Tip-Offs is a hotline service operating 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, which enables all internal and external EQSTRA stakeholders to report theft, corruption, dishonesty, fraud and any other inappropriate workplace behaviour. Information can be given in Afrikaans, English, Portuguese, Setswana and SiSwati, and confidentiality is guaranteed. The following can be reported: |

- Sensitive issues such as acts of discrimination and sexual harassment

- Damage to the environment

- Poor health and safety practices
